Need designer that will accomplish the task needed to make this site successful. Website will be pretty standard with one page theme. HOME PAGE - Menu - Slider - About - Interactive Photo ( will explain below ) - Team Profiles - Reviews - Instagram feed - Map with Contact * All pretty basic, could probably buy a $40 theme from themeforest. Here is the big chunk. The image I will need to be interactive needs to have the ability to scroll over with a mouse or finger and a video will pop up to full screen. There will be 22 videos. ( see attached image ) Every black section on the flag needs to have that ability when taped or clicked to pop out in full screen, play video and then collapse when finished. It cant look half ass, has to look super sharp, creative, and flawlessly work with zero issues on mobile, tablet and desktop. The mobile site I want to be the same as desktop so you will have to add .css and kill the mobile layout auto responsiveness so it always stays desktop. The final image that we will be using will be ready soon. The attached image is just an example.
