Hi, As I see, you need a pdf viewed in the browser. User can highlight some texts with different colors which are saved in "my notebook" and control them as they want. If this is so then I can complete the project within 7 days. I'm have a huge experience on working javascript web applications so this project won't be too hard for me to develop.
