On the clients web server there will be a form [login to view URL] that passes the collected data to our webserver [login to view URL] that does all the server side database processing to insert the ticket.
You will not have access to any live system, so you will have to provide the pages to us, for testing. You need to produce effective error handling to help with the install and also provide a good customer experience in the future.
