Customise Multi Currency Plugin for Wordpress

on Wordpress
I need to customize the Multi-Currency Plugin without touching the core files.
When the currency is set to IDR I want the amount to be to be sent in USD to the Stripe Gateway without showing anything in front-end.
This is because of IDR is exceeding the maximum amount 999,999.99 allowed by Stripe so any order placed over 999,999.99 will fail by Stripe. 999,999.99 is equivalent to $69 USD. A lot of users might have more than that price in their shopping cart at once so most of these transactions would fail by Stripe.
My solution is to show everything in IDR but send the converted amount in USD to the Stripe Gateway.
