Customize Basic Woocomerce Wordpress Template

Please customize very basic responsive website template for Woocomerce on Wordpress according to my attached images. White background with nice buttons going from darker grey in side to lighter grey in middle of each button with slight darkening mouse-over effect. (if possible I would also like a switch in the top right corner to switch the website to black background with white text) Most important function is to customize the payment page for each product, to have 4 buttons: Buy 1: $200 (retail price) Buy 5: $170 each (-15%) Buy 10: $160 each (-20%) Buy 25: $140 each (-30%) Shopping cart may still have drop-down units to change quantity. I need Paypal Pro, other credit card payments gateway with creditcard secure ccode security, and a bank transfer option so customers can get bank details and after we manually receive the bank transfer we can change the order status to processing, followed by tracking number when the package is shipped. I need Affiliate/Commission/Coupon code plugin for Woocomerce to give 10% discount for people ordering through the user-customized affiliate links and also giving 10% credit towards a product for each referred sale for the affiliate. Support should link to a Wordpress forum page, where users can help each other. Users should be able to link their account by logging in with Facebook, Twitter and Google+ if they want. Users shipping address may be saved for returning orders, while credit card infos may if possible be stored by the payment gateway provider. I need an Android application to connect with my Woocommerce store! I am thinking to use an existing Woocommerce plugin for the Android app. If you have any suggestions for how to do that, thanks for including that also. Important thing is people should be able to order the 1, 5, 10 and 25 units through the app also.
