Data visualization with server-side query/aggregation - open to bidding

We have an open-source project that collects wellbeing activity logs for elderly persons living in assisted care homes. We would like to create an interface for managers to look at monthly activity reports for each home. The application currently has reporting capabilities for the 'current' month (past 30 days), but lacks the ability to query data for previous months. This project will be to create the necessary backend code to query and aggregate activity counts grouped by home, and to create a client-side interface to select the desired month. Once the desired month has been selected, the existing charts should populate with aggregated data for that month.
