debug server timeout issue

Hello, I can troubleshoot the timeout issue and try to fix it. I am also expert with AWS services therefore i can have a look at your backup process and can optimize/advice new process for it. If i cant solve the timeout issue then i will not ask any money for the work i have performed on server. I am simply a reliable, hard-worker, honest Linux system admin and i would like to work with you for a long time. I blame Plesk, really. Likely it has some timeout set that cuts off your operations. The task is just matter of looking through logs, configs and finding what is going on.
