Design and build a vacation rentals website with style of [login to view URL]

I have 11 vacation rental cottages in Finland. I wish to have a modern, simplistic and responsive website with style of [login to view URL]

What I expect from you is:

1. A proposal how to improve the website. I want to see some of your previous projects and how your ideas would be implemented.

Some musts are availability calendar, contact/reservation forms and easy-to-use photo/video gallery.

2. A good look and feel, responsive template design or proposing some ready-made template

3. Existing information from existing websites transferred to new site.

(Existing information in [login to view URL], and [login to view URL], these two sites will be merged into one)

Existing information from 10 cottages, additional information from 1 new cottage will be sent separately.

4. Availability calendar and availability search

Final site will bi bilangual, Finnish and English, site must support these languages so if you are using some ready-made solutions, please take care that these languages are supported. Manual language selection should be available on all pages footer or header, text or flag.

Design:

Here is some examples that I would like you to look to see what kind of behaviour and look&feel I am looking for.

General guideline: I really like the approach from [login to view URL]

Landing page could be something like this: [login to view URL]

What I like: Big seamless background, clear message, clear navigation.

What should be different: I would like to have logo, a search for available cottage feature a bit like [login to view URL] : Arrive, Leave, Persons ==> Search. Also when scrolled down there should be main pictures of 11 properties and link to property presentation page.

Search results page

Search results could be presented a bit like this: [login to view URL] --> Search results

What I like: Picture and brief presentation of the property, price for the stay

What should be different: Not so much of small texts with plenty of annoying distractions

Property presentation pages (11 pcs)

Property presentation should be done a bit like this: General look & feel: [login to view URL] Included information and items: [login to view URL]

What I like: Tesselate: Clear, simple: VRBO: Information clearly, map, Book now button, price clearly

What should be different: I want a clear photo/video gallery, for example like this: [login to view URL]

Booking page:

The selected property information should be passed to booking form with propery info, dates of stay, price, amount of persons (if given in search), or then could be chosen freely. Booking page should be looking very attractive and forms should be formatted looking nice.

Also additional items like bed linen, boat rent, etc. should be possible to add on the price.

What I like: vrbo

What should be different: more straightforward, not too many steps, just hit book now and pass the information and additional services.

General pages:

We will need template for general page, so this should be available with different elements that can be used later. Like [login to view URL]

Technology:

I want fast loading and very lightweight site, so you may propose what to use, plain HTML or some publishing platform e.g. Joomla, Wordpress etc.

Everything should be made so that it can be easily modified

Project excecution:

1. phase: Landing page and property presentation template for comments, technical evaluation --> modifications --> approval

2. phase: Search engine and pricing engine template for comments, technical evaluation --> modifications --> approval´

3. phase: All pages (in English) and functions ready made

Make proposal of milestone payments of these three phases
