Design a utility comparison site and app

I need to develop a website which is a energy comparison site. It will have a main landing page, where customers can input there details in order to get a energy comparison done. It needs to have a home page, about us and contact us page. Also would need a interactive comparison pages on the site. Bare in mind the website will be expanding as time goes on and the website grows. We will be offering advice pages and adding more products in the near future to the website. You will need to develop a logo and design layout for the website as well. The layout must be simple, eye catching and professional, so past experience of designing websites is of paramount importance. As well as this I need to build a website with key words and back links and I would need someone has a proven record in SEO, I understand that it takes time to get ranked and I am willing to be patient as long I know I have the right people for the job. Even if you can develop the website and ensure that it is SEO ready. I need to design eye catching professional logo for the site which will be used on everything, I am willing to work hands on this project and be assisting at all times. I will need to develop a simple professional app to compare prices for ios and android. The basic website needs to be completed within 2/3 weeks so I can launch, I will go through templates and websites I would like it too look like. I need it to be simple with quick loading times and be easily accessible. you need to understand i own 100% of all design, code and content.I want full rights to the website and full control with no back doors etc. I need to have full access to access to analytical data, and I need this to be installed under my personal account. I also need to ensure that the person carrying out the project is creating backups, I will need access to the Cpanel and full hosting information. I will discuss these issues further upon taking of project. You need to understand I have done SEO myself but because of work commitments I can't do the work I have to source it out upon completion , an SEO company will be reviewing the work to ensure its adequate and there are no hidden back doors as I have had this issue before with a previous website. To start with we are working with a app and website which is at least SEO ready. The website needs to be structured and developed to be ready for SEO. I will discuss this further before continuing. As the websites I grow I will need a team who is able to put more work into it, but I will only continue work only if it bares fruit.
