develop a mobile app

Hello, I am Francis Dogbey, a Ghanaian. My country recently introduced a new a educational system that will eventually have a group of students spending longer time at home during vacation (about three (3) months). During this long break, students may not be fully engaged in intensive studies. Other activities may take their time. Due to the above, i believe teachers may even rush in their studies in order to complete their syllabus for the semester. I seek to provide an education platform (mobile app) where teachers can upload series of lessons, with examples, questions and answers and possibly a feedback channel. With the app, teachers will upload videos of series of lessons they were unable to fully exhaust during the class session due to time constraints as well as other topics that were not treated at all. Teachers can also upload lessons that will be thought in the next semester in order to equip students to have a fair idea of what they will be studying upon re-opening of school. This will allow students to prepare before hand. The app will be designed such that, students will pay a token in order to view each [login to view URL] a student chooses a particular lesson, he/she is required to electronically make payment in order to have access to that lesson. The app will also be designed to assess teachers and their lessons, ie students can give a number of stars to describe their pleasure or displeasure in a particular lesson. This will challenge the teachers to improve their skills. The app will also be designed to enable the teacher to know how many people viewed his lessons. The app will be designed to remunerate teachers for their lessons as well.
