Drupal node views statistic for last X days setting

In drupal 7, the Statistics Counter including a "Content statistics: Views this month" in views, but it reset at the first date of every month, all the figures get lost and restart again.
We need to show the statistics in views for last XX days continually. only bid if you know how to do this . Thanks
