drupal website crashing DB problem

Good experience in drupal. May be this is database configuration problem. I want to meet you to discuss further.

:) again this type of issue!! I recently have mysql high loads on 2 different servers. I have analyzed the problem and i have found that with i18n enabled the mysql has an heavy load caused by some query that are in i18n module. The query cause high loads on mysql and more time needed to extract the all rows. I have immediately installed the monit daemon to restart mysql on high load averages at first. I have applied ALTER TABLE `mydrupaldatabase`.`node` ADD INDEX `language` USING HASH(`language`); and finally get load averages <2 and feel happy. Please let me know the average load of your existing DB. Ah, one thing I forgot to mention that 'UPDATE cache SET data'- this particular query taking too much time to load & site crash. Not only this, High server load is created because of repeating queries too many times. One more thing, every module installed on a site will have a performance impact, as some of the files within the module will be processed on every page load even if the core functionality is not used. And honestly speaking, few modules are simply bad for performance also. I am not mean that in your projects also have this issues, I am just sharing my experience from previous works. I need to go through your website, need to check every module used, every field & find out the problem route. Unless check your website, I am unable to suggest you any solution. Please share the details or can share screen also. Let me know when I can check the problem.

Drupal has a problem mainly with modules and blocks that accumulate too many queries per page loaded. Best way is to add some cache modules such as memcached or redis so drupal loads faster and with less memory footprint. Additionally if you have ssh access to the server some tweaking can be done over mysql so it doesn't crash.
