Email and sms friend inviter + implementation on my main site. Web scraping, API

Hi Guys this is my 2end post regarding this project. I'm ready to start now and pay deposit now. What I need 1. Email friend inviter you need to code inviter for following networks Twitter Yahoo Hotmail/Live Facebook ( I already have gmail made but developer vanished after making payment to him ) Member will be give option to select 1 of the providers this will give them option to sign in. Once signed in member will see all his contacts with send button next to them or they can select which members they like to send invite to. Once pressed email will he sent I have designed email already which is used with gmail but it will work on all of them. ( email inviters will send emails so yahoo, outlook/Live will receive emails ) Social links like twitter and facebook will post on on timeline pre defined message and same with twitter inviter will write tweet or send message to selected followers 2. SMS inviter when member selects SMS option it will load all contacts from their phone and everyone they select will send pre defined message ( please see attached file for SMS inviter ) 3. Finished project must be implemented on my main site. I have 2 steps after user registers on my site. Step 1 it asks for name last name and so on Step 2 it asks to upload profile picture Step 3 I want your coded inviter to go here So your job above is described final step with implementation you need to add step 3 on my site If something is unclear message me or ask me I will do my best to explain it. I have many more projects on my site so successful developer will he offered ongoing projects. Some are big some are small.
