Export data Drupal 8 thunder to Drupal 8

I'm using Drupal 8 with Thunder distribution. I need to export all articles from current Drupal database to the new Drupal 8 database without Thunder distribution. At this point we have roughly 250.000 articles where 50.000 articles were saved using Thunder distribution and rest of the articles were imported from the original Wordpress website. I also need to import users, tags and topics to the new Drupal 8 database. As one more requirement, we need to update Drupal update to the most recent stable version.
