Facebook auto reply robot

I need to send and receive via Facebook and implement a Facebook robot by the Facebook official API. I need a tailor-made library or script that allows me to send and read messages via Facebook . The technology is indifferent (hack, selenium, etc). This feature can be implemented in Facebook Web or Mobile. Besides the basic function of Facebook , it should support the follow functions: 1) Authentication 2) message send and receive (both private message and group chat) 3) support image,video,voice and emoji 4) able to send messages without having the number added as a contact 5) support user search, capable to create new chat with individual user / group 6) able to show the status of the message (delivered / read) 7) auto reply the incoming message
