Help rewrite plugins so they don't use custom post type queries.

Site keeps crashing. I am open to any solution, but professionals seem to all agree that it's the plugins that need to be rewritten. My MySql setup and servers should be strong enough to handle things, but the number of custom post type queries crash the site.
The other things I need help with are setting up Varnish to be better, and to minify and combine plugins into the theme to limit queries from them.
After you skim the images, and think you have an idea of how to fix the problems, I can send you a zip of the 3 plugins that cause the most problems. Also here is a video of what causes the site to crash:

(No need to watch it all, it's 90% just loading, so skip around and fastforward, but it's when editing feed items, or importing movies that causes the site to crash.)
