Hi Travis,
I'm a physical therapist here in upstate NY. My office uses a web application called WebPT for our documentation, billing, & scheduling needs. One of the features the application lacks is the ability to convert our exercise flowsheets (which documents exercise names/sets/reps/weight) into home programs for clients. I am looking to have a website developed ([url removed, login to view]) that takes scraped data from the WebPT web application/exercise flowsheet page and 'create' printable pictures of the exercises. I had a developer start the project but they were unable to complete it. I have a mock site set up for you to look at what I have in mind. Additionally I already have an imacros/PHP script set to scrape the necessary data from WebPT. The mock site is on Wix ([url removed, login to view]).
The partially developed site is hosted here ([url removed, login to view]). This will not be a public website for others to use but rather something for my PT staff to use to increase productivity and patient satisfaction. Some of the features I am looking to integrate include 1) adding the ability to edit the exercise images (see exercise image editor), 2) multiple user profiles associating the name of an exercise with that users preference, 3) integration of imacros on back end to automate the save/upload the end PDF document into WebPT e-doc storage feature within a patient chart.
