I need to calculated hours worked per employee by department, overtime hours, identify potential mistakes... and create 2 reports. Using the TimeStation API [login to view URL] TimeStation already offers some preset reports, based on the Employee Details report, calculate the following per employee: 1. Sum hours worked by department. 2. Calculate overtime worked based on some simple rules 3. If employees work more than X amount of hours, mark that entry as an error We need to be able to print the time sheets with all the calculations similar to this one [login to view URL] with some modifications. Be able to send this report via by email and/or text to employees so they can review it. Also, print a summary of all the time sheets, the report needs to be similar to this one [login to view URL] You are free to suggest what would be the most efficient way to handle these simple calculations.
