Integrate Formidable Forms with Google Merchant Reviews

We use WordPress for our website and we have set up an online form where we take orders for our small number of products (10 max). Whilst the form is quite long and reasonably complex the outcome of the form gives us a few bits of information such as type and variation of a product, total cost and method of payment etc. The form is created with Formidable Forms ([login to view URL]). We use Google AdWords (AdGrants for charities) and it has suggested that we should integrate the Google Merchant Review system into our order confirmation process, however this is proving to be beyond my ability. To get the integration complete I need this code to be able to pick up 4 pieces of information from the data input into the Formidable Order Form: // REQUIRED "merchant_id":"MERCHANT_ID", (I have this) "order_id": "ORDER_ID", "email": "CUSTOMER_EMAIL", "delivery_country": "COUNTRY_CODE", "estimated_delivery_date": "YYYY-MM-DD", The ‘estimated_delivery_date’ will be conditional upon what term and academic year they choose and will be one of 3 dates made up from those. Google suggest replacing the current variables in quotes (i.e., "ORDER_ID") with short php snippets that would query the data in the Formidable Form (a simple SQL query I would guess).
