Interactive brokers automated trading based on candle stick charting

Need to setup automated trading in interactive brokers to buy and sell based on candle stick charting .
1 Able to trade different instruments like futures ,stocks, forex
2 Able to trade multiple instruments at the same time.
3 Candlestick example (Green candle= open and close higher price than open price) (Red candle =open and closing lower than open price )
4 Need to able to have parameters to set before buy or sell based on multiple time frames candles like 1,5,10,15,30,60 minutes, or daily chart.
5 3 options to Open long or short positions.
5A , automated ,based on either 8 a or 8 b,
5b manually open long or short positions, . stop loss will be same as 7a or 7b,
5c, , also would like to enter the market buy sell stop and buy stop . stop loss will be same as 7a or 7b,
6 Green candle closes in the time frame selected in the strategy , open position 4 ticks above the last green candle high to buy above the high of the last green candle and put a stop 4 ticks under the last green candle low. Pls need a value box for ticks, so I can change the ticks if needed to open positions.
example for #6 if crude Last Candle is green and high of the candle is 70 , have a stop order to buy at 70.04 and. If Last candle is red and low is 70.00 , have a stop order to sell at 69.96,It is not the close price it is the high or the low price to enter
7 3 options for stop loss
7a Keep raising the stop loss 4 ticks below the last green candle if long, vice versa for short
7b trailing stop after certain ticks. ,would need parameters box to put in the value for start the trailing stop after certain ticks and trailing tick amount for trailing stop
7c, need a parameters box to put in the tick value , after certain ticks( need a value box ) change the price to breakeven. 8 Would like to 2 options to go long or short. Example below.
Bought crude at $70.00 , price goes up 30 ticks to $70.30, change the stop to breakeven price to $70.00, it is not always 30 ticks, need to parameter box to change the value of breakeven ticks .
8 two different options to go enter the market .
8a , to either go long or short based on the above rules in #6 ,so if green candle go long and red candle go short,
8b would also like to have an option to look to go long only or short only, like if buy only if box is checked to go long, look for green candle to get in to the trade, but ignore if any red candle to go short ,vise versa, if red candle, go short but ignore if green candle to go long.
9 Able to back test and strategy
