Jambalaio app

Hello my name is Leonardo and I have an app called Jambalaio app! Currently he is in a company, however they opened that they are with a very big demand and they were not able to suit me perfectly in the last update! The App is already up and running perfectly! I am a layman but I have some changes that I need help with! The App is in their account of the apple .. and Android .. and is in their Server, paid a value per month! 1 I want to open an account at Apple, I know the ways but I need a support that once I open the account there with the name of Jambalaio (currently it is in the name of the company I hired), I want to Download or upload to my new account , without any problems, since the app is running and I can not stop for possible problems! 2 - I want to open an account on Android - And also Download! 3 - I want to have my own account on an Amazon Server of preference! I say this because I want to have total control of the Jambalaio so that I do not have to depend on anyone! Okay Done that, I need a person who can do the updates when I need them! Push to clients, and a more separate database! (I can explain this remotely). The design is still crawling!
