As a Joomla user/developer based in Tielt-Winge (yes, you can contact me in Dutch if you want), I have plenty of experience in CSS/JS on several websites and am programming simple components/modules for myself and smaller websites. I am currently bidding on the CSS/JS parts on this job, namely being numbers 1 and 2. The milestones will indicate the estimated price per job part (40 euro/hour, excluding VAT, but rounded up to get to the minimum of 250). 1) You can keep using the current tooltip system if you want. It seems to me you just need extra CSS rules to use specific classes inside the tooltips. 2a) I would use a tooltip kind of trick to show the full title on hover. 2b) I have a working example of a fixed joomla module using JS that's ready to be implemented. A simple switch in the admin side of the module can turn it on/off. 2c and 2d) Should be fairly easy if it's on the admin side. Numbers 3, 4, 5 and 6 are currently out of my league, but I'm willing to spend some study-hours on it.
