I am looking for a developer to assist in a system that will be hosted onsite that has the following functionality: 1. API - Inbound or Outbound Posts 2. Tracks Leads by Channel 3. Campaign Management and set up 4. Affiliate / Partner Campaign Tracking 5. User Management 6. Lead Channel and Scoring 7. Reporting Dashboard Simple understanding: Lead needs to come into the system through form / SMS / Social Media/ Call Centre etc / Affiliate etc Lead needs to populate data in a campaign Campaign will have Targets / Lead Requirements / Duplicate Checks / Successful Leads post to client API Different Access Levels for: 1. Admin 2. Staff/Account Managers 3. Affiliates 4. Clients Reporting Dashboard for Each Access Level This is high-level, I am looking for a developer who understands Direct Marketing through multi channels and how to track leads. Security: 1. All Levels of encryption 2. Password Access 3. Secure Code Security is a main requirement. The system will be hosted internally. PHP/Python development
