Live Broadcast using Wowza - Need Proof of Concept

I currently need a proof of concept for real-time live broadcasting in android phones. I am open to other solutions except for wowza ... my budget is very low as this is just a proof of concept and would be willing to work on the project if this works out.

My Budget currently is Rs.750 around $10...
