Log-in and extra features for already existing well running website and database

I am currently running a bitcoin, dogecoin, litecoin, dash and bitcoincash faucet website. Extra features needs to be added. [login to view URL] Requirements: 1- We will be using the already existing database and non of the data should be lost. 2- Create a log-in system where user needs to log-in from main page to enter rest of the pages. And if the other pages are tried to be entered an the system says the registration should be done. Forgot password, and enter wallet addresses options for easy auto fills. 3- A balance/withdraw page. Any claim done from the site, needs to be done to the users account balance and certain limit needs to be reached to withdraw to a wallet. The user needs to pay %1 withdrawal fee. The user should have an option to withdraw whenever they want to. 4- I currently have a referral for each faucet but I want to have it so that the user has 1 ref link and will work for all faucets. 5- Make sure everything is tested and working fine until delivery is completed. 6- The project continues after this requirement is done, but this is the first requirement for the future updates in mind.
