Loyalty Program for Customers & Retailers

We need to develop a portal which can generate loyalty points for customers when they buy something from online or pffline and register on the portal. The portal should have an interface where customers can 1. log in to see their existing points, redeem or add new points 2. register the first time and earn points Retailers can: 1. login to see their own points + their past customers' points 2. can register new customers 3. can give customers' discounts on new purchase based on their points We will need: 1. Master admin (Where we can add or delete retailers, add inventory for them, and customers and see their existing points, rdemptions history etc.). 2. A dealer/retail admin- here they can add customers, points, give discounts based on points + earn points themselves by selling more and buying from master 3. A customer admin- where customers can generate points or redeem points or check history 4. reports- 5. A frontend for each of the above a. Retail- can register new customers + can put a customers unique identity to check their available points and then use them to offer discounts. b. Customers- can see products and points needed to buy them.
