Make a Custom Size & Frame function/extension for Woocommerce/Magento/Shopify etc (For Picture Framing online store)

I need an extension/plugin for Woocommerce/Magento/Shopify etc for a custom picture framing eCommerce website. I prefer Wordpress. You just need to create the extension/plugin itself and integrate it to the design template.

Here is the overview of project:

- Online framing option - viewers can upload pictures, select frame, select paper quality, size etc then they can view "sample output" option. Please check [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (click start framing) or [login to view URL] to view this function.

- It is essential that entire framing process is captured. From uploading a phote/picture, selecting size of the desired printed photo, to selecting the frame from an array of selections, to matting the picture with a no mat, single and two mat option, to the glaze and finally the backing.
