Make a hosting script deploy script

I need a script that deploys premade script or custom scripts to a game server. I have a hosting site working with whmcsystem. And I need that this works with that script. So basicly: Client can configure their game configs on the control panel also they can upload their script or choose from pre made scripts when buying a game server. Everything is about the game ARMA 3 so I want someone who also knows about this game. So pleas dont post if you think you can do it. i need persons who they know what they do. (The script I search is something like nitrado :) )
