Mobile App Product Scanning For Inventory Control - Android

The mobile app should allow us to scan barcodes of products we carry, and be able to add/remove them into the inventory, and should connect to our cloud inventory site through API.
Adding Products:
If scanned item exists in inventory database, there should be a pop up asking quantity, and location of tires. Quantity should be a required text box to fill.
If there is no record of scanned item in database, pop up window on mobile should have text box for brand, model, quantity, and cost. All boxes are required to fill, if cost is not entered, this item needs to be put in product pending section, where we can go on web based or mobile later and finish adding product. If everything is filled, no pending needed.
Removing Products:
Removing products should be easy and not time consuming, so I ask for app to scan barcode of product.
If product not in database, message should say product not in database, and nothing else.
If product is in database, pop-up window should ask qty.
All this should be logged somewhere.
