Mobile site with poi map

I need this 1. Site responsive resizable to cellphones and ipad. adaptable content and menus, some kind of free CMS prefers. Very simple. some slide some text. need some good modern fancy design. 2. Login Administrator login Editor login Employees login (10 different, also 10 teams) Administrator can get into login and add POI on Google maps APi or so. [login to view URL] work Project Select team (1-10) - if ex. chosen team 10 - only team 10 can see this is their login. each team has it owns projects. can be nice if i can add teams after need. To describe new project i need this Project code Date planned start Clock planned start Date planned finish Clock planned finish GPS coordinates Text box for description Picture upload (some pictures needed to show employees what to do) Other info of admin Overview over projects Dates planned for all projects etc, POI map with google Api. etc. Possibility to change project owners ( ex change team 10 and replace with team 7 for each single project) Accomodation info for each project. From date to date Adress of accomodation So teams can find their apartments. Than we have employee login. Employee login - see oncoming projects for their team, with all information and so even POI . - Possibility to after the job is done report the job. like this. Textbox Date of start Time of start Date of finish Time of finish Picture upload (20 pictures) resizes to small quality like 800x600 or so. And button done/clear/send Than the project info is filled and send. The employee can see - Oncoming projects pois and so - See oncoming accomodation and dates for moving. Admin can see Somehow the big map of POIs at admin can maybe change color or so. Admin can export all data to excell ---- Editor can access login with info on projects and can click on each one project and see all info, and download pictures The editor can edit this press one button that can be named clear/done to totaly enclose the project. or not clear and be able to send text and pictures back to project to be finished. So very simple. This application is to used in very small business with 1 persons in each team and 1 person in admin/telephone line that can send the employees to do some stuff. Like (repair car, adress, etc) , tire broken (poi, adress) etc. The all information of customer name can be in one text box, the most important is POI also gps because guys have some difficulties to find places. ;) The Poi must be Live, so it can be updated continously so we can add new tasks during the day.
