Modular Hexadecimal Parser

We need a system to parse hexadecimal inputs based on the attached reference document. The code must be modular with the configuration/translation tables stored in JSON. The system must be accessible using a REST API (Post) and it needs to output the parsed data in JSON. The system must be scalable and extensible so that additional APIs can be integrated into the system in the future and translation tables can be modified to accommodate firmware updates resulting in format changes such as input order or the addition of new data. This module requires hexadecimal code detection and the appropriate classification of data based on the document and also nested or recursive parsing and conversion where needed. In addition, the system should work in reverse to translate a JSON input into the appropriate hexadecimal output based on the same translation tables.
