More changes to codeigniter script

I need changes done to a php, mysql and codeigniter script as follows: 1) fix an add new contact form and table. Right now there are 2 fields that are not being saved in the DB nor are they displayed properly in the table supposed to display results. 2) there is a small script that validates emails that was connected to one of the pages in this script. After point 1) is fully working we need to make sure this small script is working (properly connected to the rest of the script). If it isn't then we need to get this working 3) there is an upload csv page that is currently mapped to work with a specific type of CSV file. I would like to keep what we have now but also add an option to upload any csv file and then allow the user to map this csv file to what is expected in the DB by showing the CSV file column header name and some of the content (i.e. 2-3 rows) and then what is expected in the DB and manually match the 2 before uploading content. Looking for someone that can start working right away and can be dedicated to get this done in the next 8 hours. MAX BID: $50
