SEEKING THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPER/ENGINEER POSITIONS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR OUR STARTUP TEAM • Backend Programmer / Database • Full Stack • AWS / Server Expert • Heatmap (Java / Frontend) Steignet is an early stage real estate tech startup. We are developing proprietary technology to identify undervalued and distressed residential real estate assets throughout certain U.S. geographic regions. Steignet was one of 5 companies inducted into UPENN’s most exclusive accelerator program. The former CEO of Adobe, who is currently on the board of Oracle is part of our team of advisors. We are looking for top talent to disrupt the residential market. Management • Prior experience working at a Startup is preferred but not required • Technical Experience as a CTO, Project Manager, Engineer or Lead Programmer • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks, interview other team members, and be an innovative thinker Technical Qualifications/Requirements: • Depending on position, candidates should have the below experience or a combination thereof: o Full stack developer o Can personally code and maintain strict project deadlines o Technical Knowledge of: MySQL, InnoDB Engine, Django, Python, Selenium, Numpy, Pandas, AWS, Java, ETL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka o Database Architect experience o Caching, middleware or distributed servers o Former experience with large data sets, front end dashboarding, or development of trading platforms preferred though not all required • Visa sponsorship not available Compensation • This will be a contract to hire situation and will be dependent on performance • Startup Equity + Salary, if hired • Overall compensation and structure will be based upon performance and experience Location: Atlanta, South Florida, or Remote

Hi I'm an Experienced Python/Django web application developer with Software Design and Database Architect experience as well. My last role was as CTO, and I have worked as Lead Developer in previous projects I know Python and Django well. I also have experience using Numpy and Pandas. On the NoSQL side, I have experience with MongoDB and am happy with the structure of such. I have some Java skills, but not that experienced.
