MVC PHP Website Adding features

I need a programmer that has experience with PHP and MVC design, you will be working with me as the lead programmer on the project. We will be adding features to the current site and clean code is required. This will be an ongoing project so prove to me that you can do the job good and we will build a on long relationship. As of current these features need to be added. 1. Facebook login API - (debug) -This is already implemented but we converted site to https and the API works fine when "Use Strict Mode for Redirect URIs" is disabled but we need this to be enabled. 2. Accept Paypal Payments from invoices in our system. (build/program) 3. Implement Giphy API (I have this started already, so you will assist) 4. Help in the process of developing our own API 5. Help build an Ad management system (Allow users to create and manage ad campaigns with basic reports) This will require us to accept payment via Paypal then set the campaign status to active.
