We have a website design that needs to be published. Our site needs to work with PC and mobile. Once completed, our site will not be changed very often. We are a commercial walls and ceilings contractor. We work directly for general contractors. The client pool is small which means our website doesn't receive much traffic. It is more of an information site. There are few general contractors compared to the public at large, and our website is of very little interest to the general public. So, contact info, and mobile ready are critical. We will use Instagram to showcase our projects so only need a link on our site to direct people to our Instagram page. No blog, FAQ, newsletter, map needed. Not even sure SEO will be needed but may be of some interest if a general contractor is looking for a new sub contractor; otherwise, our industry is long term relationship based. Once someone knows us they are pretty much done looking at our website. We are quite happily overwhelmed with the amount of people who are ready to work with us and appreciate the time some of have spent chatting with us to get things isolated and clearly understood. We value your time as much as our own, so again, thanks to all. We are quickly winding down to a decision and it is not easy as there are so many qualified and friendly people here. As we come to the final steps in our process we are inviting everyone to re-review our project details and files as both have been updated in only the last few hours. Please make any last minute updates as we will be meeting tonight narrow the field to 5 coders and then decide tomorrow.

From the font, you won't be able to tell it's running wordpress; but it's a very powerful tool. It will allow you to very easily and efficiently make changes to your web pages.
