Need a developer to implement payment module and notification system

We are a business with 14 years experience. We have a valet parking website on Wordpress. We just need to implement an online payment module on our website with notification system for our quote form. Payment will be done through authorize.net.
1. If the customer don't complete the whole form including the payment and stops after completing even 1 section, we need to have a system, that will send him an email or message as a reminder, that he didn't complete the form submittion. In the text we will include also a link, that will lead the customer to the exact section, where he stopped earlier.
2. We need to have a multiple option payment system, that will be able to calculate the total price for the service. Whenever the customer changes one of the options, the price will also change. The prices will depend on number of the guests, working hours, number of cars (see the attached screenshot 1). For example: if you choose 1-30 guests with 16-30 cars and 11 hours work, the price will be $200, if 101-150 guests with 121-160 cars and 5 hours work will be $325..
3. After filling out quote form sections properly, customer will be redirected to the payment page. After the payment will be done, the customer will be redirected to a new page with "Thank you" text and video.
4. After the payment will be completed the customer will receive an email or message with the receipt that will have the purchase information on it. We also will receive a notification email with the purchase details.
