Need a home page for my group of pizza delivery stores

Hi, I am looking to create a front end to my website. with 2 main functionalities. Automatically routing customers and a new map marker feature. I am looking to direct customers based upon their location to the location that delivers to them using a postcode/address search functionality similar to what the big chains have on their home pages. Customers will automatically be directed to one of four sub pages. these pages will have a button connecting to an already created pizza ordering websites based upon their location within the specified delivery areas I have seen a plugin- WooCommerce Delivery Area Pro that may do the work required using ploygons We have a current website but are looking to split the menu by location and hence need a different front end and ordering process. I would want a design similar to Dominos, Papajohns in having a home page and postcode entry to link to nearest store. (postcode doesnt need to be saved) There are 4 locations at present. 3 Delivery only, 1 with delivery and collection. Also on the home page, I would like to add markers to a map with a description with postcodes details. These would allow customers to order to a specific location that isnt a fixed address.. Like a pick up point. There are likely to be a maximum of 50 of these markers. Would you be able to tell me if you can do this along with costs and timelines. Other than that we it will be a basic 5 page website home as above, about us, franchise opportunities, etc. content can be lifted off my existing site.
