need an integration issue between a plugin and a theme figured out

Im using a plugin called Optima Express By iHomeFinder with the Divi theme for my website. The issue is with a button that sort's the results for me, when i click it it just takes me back up to the page. as you can see in the picture attached, when i dropdown the menu (sort) i try and click on low to high, city, status, it just takes me back up to the page and it doesn't sort it.
