Need Live Streaming with Webrtc intergrated on laravel php website

Need Webrtc & Laravel Developer. Need livestreaming setup with webrtc to work on all mobile devices and desktop. Live streaming features must include creators are able to charge rate for livestream and users are able to tip creators during live stream. Website currently offers these features already. Just need them to be integrated with livestream. Script and website is built using twitter bootstrap, laravel framework, jQuery AJAX and Laravel Livewire for making everything realtime. BELOW IS THE FEATURES OUR SCRIPT/WEBSITE HAS ALREADY, SO MINIMUM WORK IS REQUIRED. 1) Subscription features: Users can already subscribe to creators profile for Monthly price or Free. 2) Users can Tip creators in free post and in locked private post already. 3)Creators and users already have the ability to view balances, invoices and withdraw or add funds to their account and keep track of sales and purchases already from within their profile. 4) All preferred payment gateways are already setup and working properly already. 5) Creators verification system - Creators get verified before able to sell monthly subscriptions to content post and accept tips. 6) Creators can already set Tip price and monthly Subscription price inside their profile. BELOW IS THE WEBRTC LIVE STREAMING FEATURES WE NEED TO BE INTEGRATED IN OUR SCRIPT/ WEBSITE. 1) Creators will have to be verified before they can livestream. (Please Note:) This feature is already implemented for creators before they can sell subscriptions to their post and accept Tips. We just need the livestream added and implemented with this also. 2) Creators need to be able to set the price of the Livestream or if they choose to go live free of charge. 3) Creators need to be able to set the the Tip price for the livestream. (Please Note:) This feature is already implemented for creators already, where they already can set price for tips and Monthly subscriptions inside their profile once they are verified. We just need to be able to set the Tip price for live stream also. 4) Creators need to be able to go live on all mobile phones and on desktop computers. Also, users need to be able to watch live stream on all mobile devices and desktop computers as well. 5) When Creators go live, all creators subscribers need to be notified through notifications that are already implemented on site already. 6) Need to view in admin panel how much money creator has made with tips and price of livestream in admin panel. (Please Note) This feature is already implemented, where admin can already see All creators Tip sales and Subscription Sales. We just need the livestream sells to be added to this also. 7) We need Livestream to have chat, where users can message chat with creator while live stream is going on. 8) Livestream should be able to be recorded to our Hosting server, WASABI Cloud Storage and DigitalOcean Spaces Storage. (Please Note) This feature is already implemented, where all creators content such as Videos, Photos Etc Can already go to Our Hosting, Wasabi or Digital ocean. We already have this setting with options in our admin panel to send all content to either storage. We just need the recorded live Stream to be also added to this option as well.
