Need only real coder.. count users update posts

I have lists posts using I'm letting user to modiy (Edit) the posts..
.So now I want when user make update. to count that update and store use, so that I or know how many posts he did.
.when he makes update I want to add custom meta add_post_meta(). in backround .
So I know it'S not work for code code beginners like me, so pleas onyl for profi..
