PHP developer who is familiar with IPB 4.4

I would love having a PHP developer who is familiar with IPB 4.4 in order to create a custom script for my forum. I require several things: 1. Account creation feature for verified FORUM accounts to the ingame server 2. Password recovery for ingame accounts (apart from forum password) 3.
