Php project in MySql

Hi! I have an Access Database with around 10 forms, some macro, and 10 tables I need to translate it into SCRIPTCASE 9.0 or more version in order to be able to modify. All as to be done in DROPBOX in order to have possibility to later work on it. So I need: - job done (scriptcase project) => project for 500 euro max - partneship late for many changes I will need => paid by hour with agreement 10Euro/Hour max Main Features of the Project that has to be done at beginning: - it should connect to 3 different databases alternatively in mySql server - I need to be able to add some more tabs or field related to the form. I mean, most of the tabs are in a mySql server that is not mine. The project will be host in my VPS server where I have a mySql db as well. I will need to add some tabs in MyServer and join them with tabs in Remote Server - it should allow user to make changes on database and save/discharge them - it should shows to the user which data was changed in last "day" or period in a log file which log all changes, add, removes in fields or records - it should works in desktop and mobile adapted screen - multi user platform (user has same rights at the moment, can be change in future) - admin can add/delete user and pwd for them, can check all logs for all user, can add fields and tab in local server I need Scriptcase and WhiteDoc or comments on code in order to make some changes from my own Link to the actual Access Database is this [login to view URL] Please only if interested.
