PHP web page to automate virtual machine provisioning on Linux KVM

I'm looking for someone that can build a php driven web form that users input requirements into (eg cpu count and ram amount etc) that will be compiled into an XML file and transmitted to a Linux KVM build server over SSH for automatic provisoning virtual machine provisioning. The front end is hosted on an AWS EC2 Linux Ubuntu server (already built and working). The Linux KVM build server is ready built, tested and works. I already have the user registration form built and submitting data to a mySQL database.
