It needs to be a plugin because i need to be able to use this on multiple wordpress sites.
Custom Video Player Wordpress Plugin, capable of playing mp4, backend upload, that can automatically create video display image. backend upload that can take a youtube video and convert it to mp4 and add it to post as well, or just upload straight mp4.
Users, Video Content Owners, must be able to track analytics of videos, in a front end dashboard.
Videos must show recommended videos once done like youtube.
users must beable to add their google adsense id and we split 60/40 ad revenue similar to flowplayer and [login to view URL] youtube.
to the right of video will be basic chat like ustream (see attachment) where users can CHAT where they watch. must be logged in. All chat will show up as comments in the comment section by minute, like soundcloud (see attachment). so just like soundcloud player it will show little avatars above the minute hand at the time people commented. (this is so content owners can see what users was thinking at the time of.
Needs to be sharable on all social networks
