Pre-existing ADULT Live Webcam Broadcasting Website Needs Homepage Updates

PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE APPLYING. I have described ALL that is needed, so minimal questions should be needed when we contact each other. This is a project with LIVE ADULT NUDITY (naked, etc.) content -- please do not contact if you are not comfortable. The site already exists and broadcasting is already functional through angularjs and PHP Laravel. Updates can be made in any language. We need MODIFICATIONS on our current existing WEBCAM BROADCASTING site. Please speak FLUENT ENGLISH.
The Tasks:
- Edit our PRE-EXISTING WEBCAM WEBSITE to have a smoother, sleeker layout ONLY on the HOMEPAGE that will be more comfortable and ease of access for customers. This can be made in any language that will be compatible with our site, if it is more comfortable to you. It is currently in PHP Laravel. Adjust text size/font in all browsers including mobile devices to look the most readable and nice to the customer.
- Be able to access websites our main competitor websites with ADULT content (NUDITY) you will implement features similar to: MyFreeCams (this site lets you split view and change viewer ms so that you can see many models live at your max internet speed, also most popular rooms bar) [This is the site we want to mimic the settings of for the homepage, but with a similar look to Chaturbate, in our style], Bongacams (shows new model ribbon), Chaturbate (shows amount of time they've been streaming, show model's "show description" and additional tags, etc. and amount of viewers.) Display number of models simultaneously online at once shown somewhere neatly and small on homescreen. (Check competitor sites for examples) From Bongacams, add "smartphone compatible" icon to our site to the bottom where it looks neat.
- Implement Google Translate API / language dropdown menu to support global communications.
- Addition of pop-up message: When user comes to site for the first time, a message should be displayed asking them to agree they are over 18 years of age, and if they click no, they should be IP banned from the site. Upon agreeing, they should be asked to login, and under login should be links to "User Signup" and "Model Signup" in smaller text. It should also display an option to continue as a guest.
- Have a "favorites" tab for users where they can see if their "favorite" models are currently online.
