Prescription track and trace

Scriptlife is an easy to implement solution that organises and manages all your patient prescriptions. Scriptlife provides track and trace visibility for all prescriptions and notifies each patient by sms/email once ready for collection. Always know where each prescription is at all times. Modules: 1) Collection of Rx from Surgery – Driver scans all Rx using smart phone. Receipt of all scripts collected is emailed to surgery. These are automatically sent to the pharmacy and marked as collected. 2) Pharmacy arrival – scanned once arrived at pharmacy, updates system. 3) Clinical check completed as normal and Rx prepared. Once completed, Rx is scanned into a free shelf location. At this point, the patient is sent sms/email notifications to say that Rx is ready for collection. 4) Patient collects – Patient gives name when they arrive at pharmacy, staff check web browser application and retrieves from location. Rx is scanned before giving to patient to verify details and also release storage location. 5) Home delivery – After clinical check, item is scanned into delivery tote. System is updated to Ready for Delivery. On day of delivery, driver scans tote and system updated to out for delivery. Optional receipt signing by customer on Delivery available. System updates to delivered. The solution allows the pharmacy to manage all repeat rx. Alerts can be set up to warn of Rx that have not been collected. Improve work flow efficiency and reduce the time required to locate prescription waiting collection. No more phone calls asking if Rx is ready due to patients being informed instantly when available to collect.
