Prestashop - Custom Add to Cart Popup to show Accessories

If you are an expert in PHP, Javascript and Mysql, and are familiar with the prestashop architecture, please read on.
This job is to customize the add to cart popup of my prestashop store, using version 1.6.0.9
Specifically, when a customer clicks "add to cart", a window pops up confirming that the item is added to cart, giving the customer two options - "continue shopping" and "Checkout". I need you to customize this popup so that when the customer clicks "Checkout" the screen rolls over to the right, showing the customer accessories that go with this product, and after the customer either selects or doesn't select the accessories, it takes the customer to checkout.
It needs to be responsive to different screen resolutions, and all transitions need to be smooth.
I have a lot more work that needs to be done, so whomever is chosen, will be in line for a productive and mutually beneficial relationship for some time to come.
