Install an IDS (intrusion detection system). Look at the logs to see what IP address the hacker is getting in from. Change the SSH password, and port. show you how to connect. Take a look at your existing code for exploits (that's my guess, currently) Also, turn off FTP - and show you how to use SFTP. Also, as a bonus - I'd like to setup a cron job to monitor the index file for changes and notify you when that happens.
