Produce a scrollmagic sample based on an existing example

We would like to have the same animation as on this site: [login to view URL], we should make a sample that will be possible to remodel a little later. Something that would be embeddable directly under wordpress. (If you need to set up libraries or whatever, tell us which ones.) We must have a fixed background image that changes when scolling the text (we would like to adapt this process for lessons of failure so the text shown must be adapted to the photo.) It's essentially javascript normally
