PSD to Wordpress With Additional Functions

I have a very simple PSD which I require converted into Wordpress using a bootstrap based framework. The site has some additional functionality which is outwith the standard function 1) Force user to register using email/facebook upon entry 2) Ask user to register home address using postcode lookup function (simple API provided) and stored in user profile 3) Custom post either directly to 3rd part url , page or offer 4) Users have the ability to claim an offer, when doing so they will either be sent to a normal url, have data captured i.e some questions which is then sent to a specified email. We should be able to add any additional questions via the backend offer page. I enclose a url of a site which works very much like how we need ours to work. Please review it for reference before you bid. Also. Please do not bid then say you don't understand the project, have no time etc. If you want have fully reviews the example site,tried it out etc you know what is expected.
